Line of Tabletop Centrifuges

The SORVALL Legend Mach 1.6 high-speed tabletop centrifuge models range from small microliter units to versatile, high-capacity instruments, many offering microplate processing and independently verified biocontainment capabilities. Available with quick-setting rotary knobs or soft-touch keypad control, refrigerated and non-refrigerated centrifuges rapidly spin tubes at high RCFs. Five interchangeable biocontainment rotors offer capacities to 1.6 L and speeds to 15,000 rpm (24,652 x g) for unprecedented applications versatility. The space-saving SORVALL Primo and refrigerated Primo R offer the capabilities of three different tabletop centrifuges in single instruments. With a choice of rotors, adapters for tubes from 0.2 to 100 mL, and top speeds to 15,000 rpm (21,890 x g), both Primo variants function as high-performance microcentrifuges, as well as high-speed and general-purpose centrifuges. Greater versatility is available with the refrigerated SORVALL Stratos, which offers a top speed of 23,300 rpm (50,377 x g) and a selection of nine rotors including fixed-angle, microliter, swinging bucket, and drum rotor types.
