New Protein Test More Accurate than Kjeldahl

Booth 2055. The new Sprint automated protein analyzer provides an accurate protein test in 2 minutes, without the use of harsh chemicals or high heat. The compact, easy-to-use system utilizes an advanced protein-tagging technology that is AOAC and AACC-approved for many food products. The analyzer is unique because it only tags protein and its results are not affected by non-protein sources of nitrogen. All parts that touch the sample are either disposed of after use or are self-cleaning for easy operation and hassle-free maintenance.
