Rapid and Accurate Moisture and Solids Analysis

The SMART System5 provides automated moisture and solids analysis in minutes. The temperature feedback system controls the microwave energy to maintain a user-defined temperature set point for verifiable temperature control and repeatable conditions for every test. The incoming line voltage is monitored and fluctuations normalized, providing consistent results unit to unit and site to site. A variety of samples can be analyzed, including solids, powders or slurries (0.1% to 99.9% moisture). The easy-to-use software provides pre-programmed methods and help screens to guide users through a test. The system is suited for process and quality control, as well as testing raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.
