Automated Analyzer Provides Protein Test without Use of Harsh Chemicals

The Sprint automated protein analyzer provides an accurate protein test without the use of harsh chemicals or high heat. Using a protein-tagging technology that already has AOAC and AACC-approval for many food products, the analyzer’s rapid test results make it suitable for quick analysis in all types of food production environments. It only tags protein, and its results are not affected by non-protein sources of nitrogen. The analyzer enables technicians to check the protein content in raw materials as well as in-process and finished products. It has applications in meat, dairy, grains and prepared products. Its small footprint and easy-to-use software combine with automation and a robust design. All parts that touch the sample are either disposed of after use, or they are self-cleaning for ease of operation and maintenance.
