Sieve Analyzer Weighs, Calculates, and Stores Test Data

The Sieve Analyzer is designed to reduce the time and eliminate operator error associated with sieve analysis. It accurately weighs and remembers the net weight of the sieves and receiver before sieving. It compares the weights of the empty sieve with the gross weight after sieving. Necessary calculations are then made to provide a detailed analysis of the particle size distribution, including weight retained, percent retained, and percent passing, providing accurate sieve results in a matter of seconds. Results can be transferred to a PC, spreadsheet program, or printed directly from the analyzer. The unit is portable, weighing less than 20 lbs.
