The (SFC/SFE)-FT/IR system combines proprietary Supercritical Fluid Chromatography/Extraction technology with compact high-performance FT-IR spectrometers, providing researchers with a powerful tool for separating and identifying a range of compounds. Whether used alone or in combination with another type of spectrophotometric detector, such as PDA and CD, the system enables researchers to unambiguously identify chromatographed compounds in real-time. The system can search user-created or commercially available FT-IR spectral libraries with its easy-to-use interface.
