SFC Chiral Analysis System
The SFC Chiral Analysis System with Circular Dichroism detector is optimized for high sensitivity analysis of chiral compounds. The system provides the delivery of super critical fluids at low flow rates that results in superior resolution in a wide range of applications. The elimination of organic solvents reduces cost and environmental exposure and the use of super critical fluids enables faster and cleaner sample recovery. The system is comprised of integrated compounennts of the proprietary modular LC-2000 HPLC system with the addition of a SFC/SFE C2 pump and patented back pressure regulator. The Circular Dichroism detector can simultaneously determine both CD and UV absorption of the sample cell for the direct determination of optical purity.
