Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer
The SALD-3101 Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer is for measurement of coarse or dense particles and offers a variety of sampling options for both wet and dry samples. The instrument is suited to a variety of applications including pharmaceuticals, environmental, metals, minerals, and civil engineering. It covers a wide measuring range from 0.05 to 3000 μm using a single measurement principle, a single optical system, and a single light source. The sampler incorporates a powerful vertical radial pump with a flow rate of 5000 cm3/minute to reliably circulate a range of particle sizes from microns to several millimeters.
