Mass Flow Meters and Controllers
Booth 5728. Smart Link Advantage (SLA) series mass flow meters and controllers is a smart, digital thermal mass flow platform. The devices link to advanced service tools and offer S-Series RS-485 protocol and analog I/O. Features include digital bus protocols and a coplanar valve where the plunger and orifice are machined to achieve the proper preload, allowing every valve to be assembled the same way. This improves device-to-device repeatability and extends mass flow controller turndown. The coplanar valve provides three times the control range of typical control valves, resulting in larger turndown. It also uses less opening voltage and exhibits less opening voltage variation for better device-to-device repeatability. The valve also reduces spares inventory because there are fewer orifice/restrictor combinations.
