HPLC Columns Undertake New, Improved and Complementary Separations
HPLC columns undertake new, improved and complementary separations
Booth 2462. CHIRALPAK IC HPLC columns have been prepared using a Daicel immobilization technology on a CSP (chiral stationary phase) that exhibits optimal stability, separation reproducibility and column durability when used in normal phase, reverse phase and SFC modes. In screening, when combined with the CHIRALPAK IA and CHIRALPAK IB, the CHIRALPAK IC results in new separations with high success rates, using fewer columns and a limited number of mobile phases. In preparative separations, the addition of IC to the immobilized Daicel range increases the potential to find a highly productive separation that matches the column selectivity to the solvent that best suits the racemate. Due to the nature of the CSP, the column can undertake new, improved and complementary separations in method development, using both normal and extended mobile phases. Semi-preparative, SFC and microbore columns as well as bulk CSP (20-μm particle size) will be available soon. In addition to chiral chromatography columns, the company also offers bulk chiral stationary phases and preparative chiral columns for chromatographic resolution of single enantiomer compounds.
