Glassware Washers Employ Spray Arch Water Delivery System

The Hotpack large capacity glassware washers employ a spray arch water delivery system that ensures a thorough washing and rinsing process. This Hotpack feature projects a highly efficient vertical "wall of water" equally across the entire chamber. Separate plumbing systems for wash and rinse cycles minimize detergent carryover to provide a clear, final rinse. In addition, a high efficiency water management system conserves energy and reduces operating cost. A touch screen control interface, located at eye level, enables easy selection from a range of preset or user-defined programmed operating options. An automatic door operation with watchdog safety functions protects the user from accidental malfunctions. Additional features include a tough 316-L stainless steel interior for easy cleaning and easy access to plumbing and detergent reservoirs, plus an ultra clear glass door to provide unrestricted observation of machine operation.
