CO2 Incubator Features Precision Microprocessor Control
Hotpack brand ProCulture 150UV incubators offer a high level of performance, ease of use and fail-safe reliability for critical and demanding cell culture applications. The UV sterilization source reduces decontamination time to 30 minutes, enabling the system to be ready for operation with minimal interruption. Microprocessor control and monitoring of temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration ensure optimal conditions for cell growth are maintained. A rear wall plenum airflow distribution feature provides conditions in the chamber that are stable and uniform. High relative humidity (>95%) maintains optimum osmotic pressure in the cells that is appropriate for long-term cultures. Chamber interiors are constructed of 304 stainless steel, and exteriors are made of heavy gauge steel with a baked enamel finish. For routine cleaning, the chamber has rounded corners, and all shelves, shelf supports and brackets remove easily.
