Freeze Dryers Provide Multiple Control Options

Genesis freeze dryers offer versatility for pilot, research or small scale production applications. Developed with a choice of options and add-ons, Genesis allows users to design the freezers to meet specific application needs, including one for clean room installations. Features include a range of control options, from manual controls to cGMP data monitoring, and automation applications for 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The units allow for easy scale-up from research to full-scale production. Chamber shelves and condenser chambers are made of chemical resistant 316 L stainless steel. Units come with a standard 4 diameter vapor port, with an optional 8 diameter port available to simulate any production scale-up configuration. Over 100 flexible configurations are available to meet the needs of many processing requirements.
