Protein Interaction Software Provides Workflow Enhancements

ProteOn Manager 2.0 XPR36 protein interaction array data management software enables an easier application focused workflow. Key improvements over the previous version include a reduction in processing and analysis time from two minutes down to 34 seconds, as well as automatic “one button” data processing, which allows users to process their data one step at a time. Version 2.0 also offers workflow enhancements such as the ability to move information and data in and out the software, so that users can import sample lists from spreadsheet software programs and export raw, processed and analyzed data in addition to sensorgrams.
