Sulfur Traces Analyzer Utilizes Integrated Permeation Device

The Sulfur Traces analyzer, which is based on Agilent’s 6890 GC with EPC, features a fully integrated permeation device that allows low (ppb) multilevel calibration. When the device is maintained at a constant temperature and flow, the permeation tube generates a constant flow of sulfur gas. Depending on the total detection range required, the analyzer offers high selectivity with a low detection limit of <100 ppb. A dedicated software package automates the analysis, calibrates the system and reports individual component concentrations. The analyzer determines individual volatile sulfur-containing compounds in gaseous fuels that can be vaporized.
