Trace Moisture Analyzer Measures through Electrolysis
The TRACER 2 analyzer pairs 0.5-ppb moisture detection with improved response speed. Whether used in a stationary analytical rack or a portable cart, the device has the sensitivity, quick response and compact size required to serve semiconductor fabricators, gas providers and piping contractors alike as a yield enhancer. Moisture is measured through electrolysis, and the electrical current generated relates directly to the moisture concentration of the test gas. The analyzer does not require sensor calibration because it relies on an absolute measure. Because of the unit’s compact size, two devices can fit into one standard panel-mount case.
