Particle Size Analyzers
for non-ideal samples
Booth 1404. The line of Disk Centrifuge particle size analyzers allows users to obtain realistic, repeatable results, even with very non-ideal samples that can't be measured accurately by laser diffraction or other common particle sizing methods. Applications include: protein clusters, particles used in immunoassays (including gold sols down to 3 nm), liposomes, polymer latexes, colloids, virus particles, virus-like particles, toner particles, nanoparticles, size calibration standards, oil emulsions, coatings, CMP compounds, micro-abrasives, and cell cultures and ruptured cells. Analyses can be carried out in most any liquid medium, including most common organic liquids. Options include an autosampler that holds up to 20 samples and calibration standards, and an automatic density gradient builder.
