Hydrophilic Interaction LC Columns
TSK-GEL Amide-80 columns are packed with spherical silica particles that are covalently bonded with carbamoyl groups. They provide higher stability than conventional amino-phases and a unique selectivity in hydrophilic interaction mode of chromatography. The newest addition to the series, the 3-μm microbore columns are particularly suited for LC-MS analysis of glycans in the emerging field of glycomics research. In addition, they reduce analysis time and improve peak capacity and sensitivity for HPLC and LC-MS analysis. TSK-GEL Amide-80 is suited for the separation of polar compounds such as peptides, nucleic acids, glycosides or hydrophilic drugs by hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC).
