Replacement Thermal Conductivity Detectors
Replacement thermal conductivity detectors are available for the Varian 3400, 3600, 3700, and 3800 gas chromatographs, and the Agilent 5890 and 6890 gas chromatographs. Each detector meets original equipment specifications and comes ready to install in Varian or Agilent GC. The detector is made of stainless steel and is equipped with gas connections and detector filaments. The TCD is supplied with four rhenium-tungsten (WX) filaments as standard, with tungsten (W), gold-sheathed tungsten (AuW), or nickel (Ni) optionally available. Corrosion resistant detectors utilizing nickel, monel, titanium or gold-plated thermal conductivity blocks are also offered.
