Gas Mixers for Inert and Flammable Gases

Precimix gas mixers for the mixing inert and/or flammable gases are flow control devices for accurately setting and maintaining the proportion of two-to-three gases mixed under varying conditions, namely flow ranges. The settings of the gas mixers can be preset or adjustable, allowing the operator to set the mixer to the required proportion. Each gas mixer features a robust, reliable construction and ergonomic design for easy operation, low-maintenance and limited repairs. The mixers include an exclusive control loop to maintain maximum gas-flow and inlet gas filters with non-return valves for safe operation and increased cleanliness. Options include a gas analyzer and gas mix holding tank, front-panel instrumentation devices, and mixer dials that ensure direct readings by the operator. Applications include welding shield gases, thermal process, food/beverage industry, leak detection and blanketing atmosphere.
