X-Ray Analyzer Suited for P or Zr Pretreatment on Metal Substrates

Booth 2520. The Portaspec X series benchtop, wavelength-dispersive, X-ray fluorescence light element analyzer features a touch-screen notebook computer and Windows-based software. Either powder or solid samples can be analyzed with single-element options of P or Zr. In addition, it can analyze in the lab or in the plant with minimum setup. A single position sample holder, water circulator and 3.5-cfm vacuum pump are included.
