Valve-Less Positive Displacement Dispensing System
Booth 4947. The VMP positive displacement dispensing system features a programmable dual stepper design that independently controls stroke rate and displacement. Utilizing the proprietary CeramPump No-Valve design, it features a touch screen interface (TSI) that provides intuitive setup of all fluid control parameters. The TSI can communicate with up to 16 pumps simultaneously. The system is available as an integral benchtop system or as modular OEM components. An RS232 interface enables simultaneous computer control of up to 128 pump modules. It also stores up to 100 programs, allowing users to change between setups on the fly. Ultra-fine adjustment of the system allows for delivery of 0.0144 μL per dispense with an accuracy of 1% or better for millions of cycles. The system can be programmed for forward flow, reverse flow, suck-back or a quick prime. A foot switch and remote start are also available.
