Pilot Freeze Dryer For Small Batches
The EPSILON 1-6D/2-6D Freeze Drying System features an ice condenser capacity of 6 kg, condenser temperatures of -55 C or -85 C, 3 shelf drying chambers, and a user-friendly control system. It is suited for freeze drying small batches of products, and offers a range of accessories for process measurement and control. The system provides the features and benefits of large production freeze dryers for developing freeze-drying protocols. New cooling techniques allow for shelf temperatures of -40 C or -50 C, permitting extremely sensitive products like amorphous structures with a low glass transition point to be freeze dried safely.
