Thermal Cycler for Real-Time PCR Applications

The Mastercycler ep realplex system is a real-time thermal cycler for quantitative, real-time PCR applications. It combines the technology of the Mastercycler² ep gradient thermocyclers with intuitive, multipurpose software and optical modules. A modular design allows users to choose from two 96-well options—a fast aluminum gradient block or the ultrahigh-speed gradient S. Realplex² or realplex⁴ optical modules permit the use of nearly all fluorescent dyes used in real-time PCR.
