Micro Centrifuges Offer Five Interchangeable Autoclavable Rotors
Micro Centrifuge Models 5417C and 5417R offer effective separation along with reliability and ease of use. Both models spin up to 16,400 rpm, 25,000 x g for faster separation. The variable speed brushless motor provides maintenance-free operation. Additional features include an adjustable-speed "momentary" button for quick spins, a "Soft Start/Stop" function to protect delicate samples, and speed setting/display in rpm or rcf increments. Refrigerated Model 5417R offers a temperature control range from ץ to 40 C. The "Fast Cool" function brings the rotor bowl temperature down from ambient to 4 C in less than 20 minutes. These models offer a selection of five interchangeable autoclavable rotors, including 30-place Standard Fixed-Angle Rotor, 24-place High-Speed Aerosol-Tight Rotor, and 8-place Swing-Bucket Rotor.
