Oven Sample Processor Automates Karl Fischer Oven Method

The Metrohm Karl Fischer Oven Sample Processor Model 774 handles any level of moisture by connecting to the proprietary KF Coulometer Model 756 for low level moisture analysis, or to a Karl Fischer Titrino for higher levels up to 100%. Samples are kept in vials on the sample rack and are palced one at a time into a heating chamber to be purged with dried air or nitrogen gas. This gas stream quantitatively transports all moisture into the titration cell. The removable turntable rack allows the user to perform sample vial preparation away from the oven, and programmable routines can be stored for specific analysis. A temperature range of 50 to 250 C meets diverse analysis requirements.
