Knitted Delay Tubes Minimize Peak Broadening
A line of knitted delay tubes (KDTs) aids in the mass-spec or UV-directed fractionation in preparative HPLC. The knitting minimizes peak broadening while keeping the tubing in a compact size. The connections are made via 1/4-25 or 10-32 fittings. The tubes feature a 1-mm ID and a 2-mm OD. They are available in lengths of 5, 10, 15 and 20 m with volumes of 4, 8, 12 and 16 mL, respectively.
