Cukes Permit Simple and Fast Chemical Cleanup
Proprietary Cukes are a polypropylene syringe barrel filled with chemically modified silica gel. Manufactured according to United States Department of Agriculture specifications, they permit a simple, fast and inexpensive chemical cleanup procedure for the quantitation of aflatoxins in important agricultural commodities. These commodities include corn meal, cottonseed, peanuts, almonds, english walnuts, brazil nuts and pistachios nuts. For quantitation, the HPLC method with post column photochemical derivatization is recommended.
