Rheometer Recognizes All Measuring Systems

The rotational rheometer RheolabQC works according to the Searle principle and consists of a high-precision encoder and a highly dynamic EC motor. The wide speed and torque ranges and short motor response times allow conventional flow and viscosity curves. They also make the instrument suited for investigations into the mixing and stirring behavior of emulsions and dispersions, tests on the sagging and leveling behavior of coatings, and determining the yield point of gels and pastes. The user can select between controlled shear rate (CR) and controlled shear stress (CS) test settings, and the instrument can be operated manually or using the RheoPlus software. The automatic component recognition and configuration system Toolmaster ensures error-free selection of the measuring geometries. All measuring systems are automatically recognized by the rheometer, and quick coupling allows the measuring system to be inserted with a simple hand movement.
