The "personal-sized" -86 C freezer is designed for use on or under the lab bench. It measures just 35.4 wide by 31.5 high, yet holds up to sixty 2 boxes (6,000 samples) in a 3.6 cu. ft. chamber. Part of the proprietary Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) line, the freezer features a patented cooling technology that reduces compressor cycle-on time by 40 - 50%, lowering power consumption and increasing efficiency for longer compressor life.
