Pipettor Available in Regular and Fast-Release Models

The Pipette Pump III pipettor features an ergonomic design that enhances comfort, utility and dispensing precision. While working with serological pipettes, the device helps reduce the risk of injury from repetitive and awkward pipetting motions. The pipette is positioned in front of the hand, allowing use with the arm in a more natural, comfortable lowered position. The compact and light weight design adds only 152 mm to the pipette length, which is suited for use in fume hoods and controlled environment glove boxes. The thumb wheel aspirates and dispenses easily and accurately, down to a volume of one drop at a time, with a relaxed grip. The Fast Release version includes a fast release trigger that immediately dispenses the entire pipette contents, whereas the Economy version is supplied without this feature. Both versions are available in three different pipette volumesר mL, 10 mL and 25 mL—each color coded for easy identification. A self-stabilizing collar inside the silicone chuck holds either glass or plastic pipettes. The devices are resistant to acids, alkalis and most solvents and can be disassembled for cleaning.
