Miniature Isolation Valves Accommodate High Purity Fluids

These isolation solenoid valves are manufactured from inert perfluoroelastomer and PEEK wetted parts creating a particulate-friendly flow path that minimizes seal damage from contact with the particulates. A choice of other engineered resins, including PTFE, PPS, and Tefzel, is available for the valve body. The valves, available in two- or three-way configuration, offer continuous duty coils with low power consumption. Flow path, flow rates, and pressure capabilities can be customized to meet specific application requirements.
