Infrared In-Line Sensor
The CO2 In-Line Sensor measues dissolved CO2 levels continuously in fluids such as soft drinks, beer, and carbonated wines. It utilizes infrared absorption as the measuring technique and operates from 0 to 5 volumes with a precision of ۪.02 volumes, or 0 to 1000 mg/100 mL, ۮ mg/100 mL. The information is transmitted digitally to a remote PC or display. The components are assembled into a stainless steel body 2 × 2 1/2 with an integrated Triclover or Varivent sanitary fitting. All components in contact with the beverage stream are FDA approved and withstand sanitization and CIP procedures. There are no moving parts, filters, or permeable diaphragms, making it virtually maintenance-free.
