Enhanced Texture Analyzer Features Increased Load Capacity
The enhanced version of the LFRA Texture Analyzer combines simplicity of operation
with increased load capacity to 4500 g and expanded test capability. The analyzer
provides increased test method choices, better resolution and improved accuracy.
An automated Bloom Gel Test function facilitates rapid analysis for verification
of established gelatin specifications. Texture profile analysis using the proprietary
Excel-based software enables a lab technician to generate analytical data comparable
to other more costly instruments. Typical food applications include texture
measurement of butter and cheese products, sauces, doughs and baked goods, vegetables,
meat products, candies yogurts and puddings.
