Compact, Cyber-Enabled 400-MHz NMR Spectrometer
The compact, high-performance ECS-400 NMR spectrometer features the Jastec 400-MHz super self-shielded superconducting magnet. The fully digital and flexible console can run demanding multi-dimensional NMR experiments, and its compact design reduces the instrument’s footprint, conserving laboratory space. Uses include synthetic compound characterization, student laboratory instruction and industrial quality control applications. Fully automated and cyber-enabled, the spectrometer allows multiple users to collect and receive data from any authorized PC connected on the network. The Delta software package, used for data acquisition and processing, runs natively on both Windows XP and Mac OS X. To complement the console, a 400-MHz multinuclear, broadband, automatic tuning and matching, pulsed field gradient NMR probe is also available. This probe technology achieves the highest room temperature NMR probe sensitivity for 1H and 13C observation.
