Spectrometer Integrates Sample-Handling System
The 4 kW WDXRF spectrometer ZSX Primus II features a thin end window tube of 30 microns and the analytical capability for Be4 to U92, and occupies a small footprint without sacrificing performance. The tube-above instrument integrates a sample-handling system, flexible changeover between helium and vacuum environments, and versatile modular software, all of which allow it to deliver superior light element sensitivity and detection levels. A mapping system and small sampling capabilities are also provided, which can be field upgraded according to a user’s changing needs.
