Benchtop Dispensing Pump Simplifies Tube Loading

The 323Dz high precision dispensing pump is designed with a flip-top pumphead for simple tube loading. It is suited to laboratory and benchtop applications, such as metering, dosing and the scale transfer of pharmaceutical products, live cell cultures, nutrients and bioreactor constituents. With manually adjustable speeds of 2 to 400 rpm, and flow rates ranging from 0.06 to 2000 mL/min, the pump offers dosing capability of 100 mL in less than 3 seconds. Designed with menu-driven calibration, it allows for mid-batch calibration any time during the pumping process. The pump is available with an adjustable speed ramp to reduce splashing and frothing and a kick-back function to prevent unwanted drips at the dose end. For fast, error-free tube loading, the pump head uses clamps and stretch tube location and is compatible with five tube bore sizes.
