HPLC Autosampler Available With Stainless Steel Flow Path
The ESA Model 540 MicroTiter Autosampler, a low-volume, multi-function injector for HPLC, is designed for versatile sample delivery using the microtiter plate format. The 540 also offers three injection modes (flushed loop, partial loop, and microliter pickup) for effective reproducibility and no sample loss when dealing with limited sample volumes. Automated derivatization and diluting capabilities support the flexible formats for sample preparation. The autosampler features a biocompatible, non-metallic flow path and is also available with a stainless steel flow path. The unit comes with optional Peltier sample tray cooling or automatic plate feeder.
