Balances Provide Accuracy in 400- and 4000-g Capacities

The EL410S and EL4100S balances employ proprietary variable capacitance technology in a "mini-MILC" package, which incorporates the Moment Insensitive Load Cell (MILC). The new capacity balances also feature an easy-to-read LED display, bi-directional RS232 data communications, die-cast aluminum housing, and a stainless steel weighing pan. In addition to the single range models, the EL series includes dual range models; both single- and double-range models use a two-key design for simplified operation. The EL and BL balances in 200 g and 400 g capacities can be ordered with the new sliding glass door draftshield, which replaces the cylindrical draftshield and offers ruggedness, durability, and ease-of-use.
