Quaternary Low Pressure HPLC

The Q-Adept low pressure gradient HPLC system offers gradient performance with dynamic mixing and multi-solvent handling. Quaternary to binary as well as isocratic operation is provided with the flexibility of a compact modular system of minimal stack height. The heated/chilled and heated ovens each accommodate three columns, pre-columns and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger avoids column temperature gradients. Used with the WaveQuest ultra-fast scanning dynamic absorbance detector, the system requires only one elution to both scan and measure low concentration eluting peaks, reducing experimental time by a factor of two. Spectral storage, library search and match factors are all available.
