Column Heaters and Heater/Chillers
Three compact column heaters and heater/chillers in the Adept HPLC and IonQuest ion chromatography ranges feature massive internal spaces and are compatible with third-party HPLC systems. The units are controlled by PowerStream software or their own standalone keys. Sufficient space is provided for up to three 25-cm columns, and there is additional room for a chemical suppressor valve for ion chromatography. Temperature stability is very tight, with high accuracy and precision. Additionally, the temperature ranges are from 10 C below ambient to 85 C. Leak detection facilities are included also. The Adept HPLC and IonQuest ion chromatography systems achieve long-term, fast and reliable measurements with ease. Because the systems are modular and versatile, different detectors (all featuring ultra-low drift) may be accommodated, depending on analytical requirements. The use of biocompatible options brings a streamlined approach to denaturing DNA and semi-preparative proteomics separations. Both systems are easy and fast to install and are virtually plug and play.
