The fluxers can prepare disks and solutions for XRF, AA and ICP. Built-in recipes can be used for oxides, minerals, metals, and fluorides, and specific user recipes can be created. The K1 single sample electric fluxer is a one-position unit that brings safe and automated fusion to small to moderate research labs. Overlap processing of two samples allows a throughput of five to seven samples per hour. Users can switch between wet and dry dispersion with just the click of a mouse in software. In addition, proprietary dry jet dispersion technology offers superior performance in both wet and dry dispersion modes. The short, optical bench design ensures the system is aligned at all times. All optical components are permanently fixed to a cast iron base plate, ensuring accurate particle size data.
