Three redesigned low temperature VLT Series Immersion Coolers can be used to achieve low temperature capability with non-refrigerated circulators or boost the cooling capacity of refrigerated circulators. Providing continuous cooling to temperatures as low as -100 C, the coolers provide lab personnel with an economical alternative to dry ice and liquid nitrogen. They are also suited for use with solvent traps, freeze point apparatus, impact testing, lyohilization and other applications requiring low temperatures. The VLT 100 series coolers feature a digital temperature display and are available with or without temperature control. Non-controlled models operate at maximum cooling and achieve temperatures from -40 C to -100 C; controlled models achieve temperatures from -40 C to -85 C. The VLT 60, for less demanding applications, achieves a range of -20 C to -60 C and operates at maximum cooling capacity.
