The MultiPaq21 data logger from Paul N. Gardner records product or air temperatures using Datapaq Type K or T thermocouples, which meet the requirements of food processors. The logger transmits the data to the operator’s computer while traveling through the oven, saving users time. Linkage with Datapaq Insight software also allows users instant access years later for HACCP and documentation needs. Available with six or eight channels and a push start/stop button, the logger has an IP67 waterproof rating and operating temperature of up to 185 F. The logger is USB compatible for data transfers, and users can perform eight separate runs without downloading. A rechargeable NiMH battery powers the logger for more than a week.
